Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated ABA Therapist to join our team and work with individuals utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques. As an ABA Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering one-on-one therapy sessions, implementing individualized treatment plans, and collecting data to monitor client progress. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, skilled in ABA principles, and passionate about helping individuals achieve meaningful progress.

This position offers flexible scheduling, with the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of clients while maintaining work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under the guidance of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
  • Assist in developing and updating treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
  • Collect accurate data on client behaviors, skills acquisition, and progress toward goals.
  • Provide direct therapy to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community environments.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency of therapy goals.
  • Collaborate with the student’s tutor (if applicable) to integrate both educational and behavioral strategies, ensuring coordinated progress toward achieving goals in both area
  • Support the implementation of behavior interventions to address specific client needs.
  • Maintain clear and accurate session notes and progress reports.
  • Follow ethical guidelines and company policies in all interactions and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field (required).
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
  • Knowledge of ABA principles, data collection methods, and behavior management techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 40 miles.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including afternoons and evenings.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 15 – 25 hours per week
