Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between art and project management, ensuring that our physical and digital creative assets maintain the highest level of quality and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both visual design and technical/production implementation, with experience in leading creative projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of visual content across all digital platforms and on-site at our communities, ensuring alignment with brand standards for all of Christopher Todd’s brands including Christopher Todd Communities, Christopher Todd Capital, Christopher Todd Development, and Cottage Living.
  • Oversee the creation of visual assets for marketing, leasing, social media platforms, and corporate presentations.
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive visual style and technical pipeline for all creative assets, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Manage/coordinate with third-party agencies, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality output.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in visual design and real estate to continuously innovate our offerings.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create visually compelling materials that effectively communicate the value of our communities.
  • Ensure that all digital assets are optimized for performance and compatibility across various platforms and devices.
  • Troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to digital content creation and implementation.
  • Team player in producing collateral and other production type assets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Graphic Designer or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, Squarespace, and Smartsheet.
  • Strong understanding of visual design principles and digital asset creation.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently with a small team.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A portfolio showcasing your art direction and visual design work.
  • Able to take direction from team members

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
