Key Responsibilities:

As an ABA Therapist at Social Skills 4 Life, you will have the opportunity to:

• Work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervisor to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis interventions based on the needs and motivations of the individual.
• Provide in-home ABA therapy, where you'll foster trust and rapport through a strengths-based approach, supporting clients in building meaningful skills and self-advocacy.
• Collect and maintain accurate data across behavioral goals, focusing on our clients’ progress and overall well-being.
• Cultivate a strong, positive connection with clients and their families, and collaborate with other professionals in the field.
• Adapt to each family's unique preferences and ensure that interventions respect their individuality and autonomy.
• Maintain a calm, accepting demeanor to create a positive and rewarding learning environment and become a role model to those we serve.
• Show genuine curiosity for continuous learning and expanding of your understanding of ABA interventions and best practices.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude as you collaborate with fellow therapists and BCBA professionals.

Additional Job Requirements:

We seek candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Pursuing a degree in Education, Psychology, Child Development, or related fields (preferred).
• Maintain a clean, professional, and approachable demeanor.
• Respond promptly and courteously to phone and email communication.
• Possess the physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs. and keep up with our active and energetic clients.
• Hold a valid driver’s license, maintain a good driving record, and have vehicle insurance with reliable transportation.
• Successfully pass a background check and obtain DOJ clearance.
