I have developed a real estate marketplace using the houzez theme for Wordpress.  I have a few glitches, improvements, plug ins and issues that I need help with to bring this project to the finish line. There are also plans to launch a 2.0,3.0,4.0,etc.  So continued work in the future is a possibility.
