Are you a highly experienced CPA and bookkeeper with a proven track record in managing the finances of large-scale construction projects? Distinct Construction Solutions is looking for an expert to help us scale our company from $5 million to $30 million a year. We are seeking a professional with a deep understanding of construction accounting to help us manage over 15 projects every 3 months, totaling 40-60 large projects annually.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for every project.
Track and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are on track financially.
Monitor bank account balances to ensure proper liquidity and cash flow.
Handle accounts payable and receivable for the company.
Run dummy payroll for the owners.
Provide guidance on accounting best practices and financial strategies for scaling the business.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience in construction accounting or a similar industry.
Strong understanding of the complexities of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and manage large volumes of financial data with precision.
High level of proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets.
Compensation:
