Since 1997 Global Therapy, Inc. has provided outpatient mental health services. Over the years we have had the opportunity to help individuals and their families heal and grow from Trauma and related issues. We are here to help clients with their struggles and difficult life situations.The types of clients that we specialize in are individuals with Trauma, Toxic Families, Substance Abuse, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar disorders, Grief, Relationship issues and Marital issues, we also help children (ages 10+) with behavioral issues.

Global Therapy is growing. We are looking for preferably an LCSW,  or MFT or LMSW to join our growing behavioral health practice in Bentonville. This job requires you to work independently as a 1099 contractor if you are fully licensed or hourly for a LMSW. We provide Telehealth and face-to-face for our clients.

Credentialing is provided.

Duties include:

Analyze and Diagnose Behavioral Disorders

Implement Treatment Programs

Assist Clients in Developing Necessary Skills

Maintain Documentation of Client Progress

Communicate with Families

Input notes for clients onto Simple Practice

Refer Clients to Specialists if necessary

Monitor Client Progress during treatment

Must be able to follow all HIPPA guidelines

Desired Skills and Qualifications

Masters Degree (Must have)

Must be Licensed as a LCSW, LMFT or LMSW

Know how to use the Simple Practice program (Preferred)

Microsoft Office

Outlook

Scheduling

Excellent Listening skills

Ability to communicate effectively

Good Critical Thinking and problem-solving skills

Outstanding People Skills

Must be Organized
