Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC Lathe and Mill machinery to produce precision parts that meet customer specifications.
Conduct first article inspections and ensure parts align with requirements.
Perform inspections using standard measuring instruments and techniques.
Interpret product blueprints, work instructions, and other documents to meet quality and customer specifications.
Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve safety.
Clean and organize workstations, tools, and equipment regularly.
Additional Duties:

Follow established safety standards while operating all machinery and equipment.
Conduct preventive maintenance on machines and report repair needs to maintenance or supervision.
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to support company goals.
