Job Summary:

The Fit Specialist is the front-line contact with customers. Assisting customers in all facets of our service including educating about and recommending solutions that will help meet the customer’s need and improve the customer’s running and walking experience. Fit specialists will also help fulfill both customer and non-customer facing operations duties.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Provide extra mile customer service while consulting with customers to learn their needs and identify opportunities to educate about solutions available at the Runners Forum that will improve their experience.

· Accurately perform Runners Forum gait analysis and fitting process concluding in recommending the best shoe/solution based on each customer’s specific characteristics and intended use.

· Gain proficient product knowledge to accurately educate on all products carried by Runners Forum.

· Proficiency with POS system (Customer information, transactional procedures, product lookup).

· Apply company policies to guide customer service.

• High attention to detail, excels at following processes consistently.
• Excellent time management skills including on time arrival to work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Education and Experience:

· Running and/or multisport experience, half marathon experience preferred.

· Product knowledge, gait/bio mechanics experience, specialty retail preferred, not required.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour, plus bonus program
