What You’ll Be Doing: Performing routine maintenance and repairs to keep our plant operations running like a well-oiled machine. Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues, finding solutions quickly and efficiently. Collaborating with our production team to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity. Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities and suggesting improvements. 

What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in plant maintenance or a related field. Strong troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

Benefits: Pay dependent on experience, range is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour. Additional pay into each employee’s Health Saving Account (HSA) from $107 - $246/month based on coverage election. Monday through Friday hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm. PTO 1 week year one; 2 weeks year 2; 3 weeks by 3rd year plus 10 paid holidays. Company matched 401k retirement!!
