Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in material handling and organization, forklift operation, and possess a valid driver's license. A strong emphasis on safety is essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts from trucks and containers.
• Perform order picking tasks to fulfill customer orders.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring all items are accounted for.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies as necessary.
• Deliver and unload customer orders using company truck.
• Follow all safety protocols to minimize risks in the workplace.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
• Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques and safe handling of materials is essential.
• Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy items up to 50#.
