We are seeking a new staff member to join our team starting between 20 and 30 hours a week. We are calm/patient cheerleaders who talk guests through the struggles of formal attire. It's fun but it's still work and we are seeking a levelheaded professional to help us with our growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Be professional and be yourself (have that balance)
• Explain the store to guests and identify their needs
• Help organizing and tracking inventory
• Use Square Point of Sale
• Stay calm and collected
• Iron
• Clean
• Communicate effectively with Manager, Owner and Other staff members
• Small sewing tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous experience at a bridal shop or menswear store is a plus but not required
• Ability to build healthy relationships with guests
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive Attitude
• Willingness to learn how to sell things without using aggressive sales tactics.

We run on tips as apposed to commission, this will be discussed further during interviews.
