Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Full-Time Lawncare Technician to assist in delivering exceptional lawn maintenance services to our clients. As our first full-time hire, you will play a crucial role in our growth, working alongside the owner to provide reliable, high-quality care while building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in all aspects of lawn maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, and fertilization.
• Work collaboratively with the owner to deliver outstanding service to our clientele.
• Maintain and operate lawncare equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the company truck and equipment.
• Participate in training and development to improve skills and knowledge in lawncare practices.
