Pay Rate: $19 - $25 DOE 

Availability: Part-time (15 hours per week)

Behavior Frontiers is an industry leader in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) care plans for autism and other special needs. We work with families providing ABA therapy in various settings such as homes, schools, centers, and communities. 

How will you help? 

Using research-based methods you will provide 1:1 ABA Therapy sessions, you will -      

  • Teach clients how to talk, play, make friends, and function independently, while helping reduce inappropriate behaviors.
  • Collect data to demonstrate each client’s progress toward reaching his or her goals!
  • Analyze data by using our proprietary electronic data collection software for real-time decision-making.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, the client’s family, and other technicians at clinical team meetings to report client progress and get specific feedback from the supervisor.

You will be trained in various ABA methods like discrete trial teaching (DTT), naturalistic teaching strategies (NATS), and verbal behavior (VB).

Qualifications and Skills:         

  • Energetic attitude and desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities succeed
  • Currently enrolled or completed degree
  • Experience or exposure to children or individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Ability to pass background and health screenings
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
  • Physical ability to perform job duties (with or without reasonable accommodations)
  • Fluency in another language is a plus!
