We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to build on the recent success of our club.  A Head Coach who can build a junior program as well as continue and enhance the success we have with adult tennis.

The role will involve, on court coaching, program design, marketing and building networks to attract the next generation of tennis players.  A resource for adult tennis that can enhance an already flourishing program.  An expert in delivery both private lessons, small clinics and social events.

Provide high-quality coaching and instruction to junior and adult tennis players of various skill levels.
• Supervise and mentor assistant coaches or instructors working in the junior and adult program.
• Conduct group and individual lessons to improve players’ techniques and strategies.
• Promote the junior tennis program to attract new participants and retain existing members.
• Evaluate and monitor the progress of junior players to ensure their growth and satisfaction.
• Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, registration, and record-keeping.
• Handle budgeting and financial responsibilities related to the junior tennis program.
• Foster positive relationships with parents, guardians, and the local tennis community.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress, program updates, and upcoming events.
• Organize parent/player meetings and informational sessions.
• Conduct regular assessments of players’ skills and progress.
• Develop individualized training plans for advanced junior players looking to compete at higher levels.
• Stay current with the latest trends and techniques in tennis coaching and player development.• Attend coaching workshops, seminars, and certification programs as needed.

Qualifications:
•      Relevant coaching certifications ( , USPTA or PTR certification) may be required.
•      Strong coaching experience with junior tennis players.
•      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•      Organizational and administrative abilities.
•      Passion for tennis and a commitment to junior player development.
