nTherm, LLC is looking for motivated, customer-driven customer service / call center individuals to join our dynamic sales team! Responsibilities - Sales / Call Center Representative:

• Engage with commercial and residential customers in deregulated states, introducing them to nTherm’s competitive electricity supply rates.
• Connect with decision-makers, explain the benefits of switching to nTherm, and support them through the enrollment and verification process.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Qualifications - Sales / Call Center Representative:

• Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets/metrics.
• Previous experience as a sales representative or customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we provide all the training you need!
• Customer service experience is also a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $780.00 - $4,200.00 per week
