Job Description:  

We are seeking a Junk Removal Team Leader to oversee daily junk removal operations. You will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring safety protocols, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate a team of technicians on various junk removal projects.
- Oversee the loading, transport, and disposal of items.
- Ensure job sites are cleaned thoroughly and customer satisfaction is met.
- Communicate with customers, providing professional service and handling questions or concerns.
- Maintain and ensure safety compliance for all team members.
- Manage equipment and ensure trucks are clean and organized.
- Assist with scheduling, planning, and coordinating logistics for daily operations.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in junk removal or a related field (supervisory experience preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work in physically demanding environments.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours (15-30 per week), with potential to transition to a full-time role.
- Ability to lead a team with a positive attitude, ensuring high standards of safety and efficiency.
