Seeking an architectural designer with minimum three years office experience.  Proficiency in Revit is a must. All work would be done remotely from home, hours are very flexible.  GCD Architects focuses on residential design, single-family two family and multifamily, new construction, additions, and renovations.  Drawings prepared for zoning relief is a big part of what we do.  Candidates must have the ability to do basic zoning, and building code research. Candidates must have a desire to work efficiently and do their best to get things right.  Pay is hourly and negotiable.
