Compassion International ABA Therapy seeks a compassionate, driven Speech Pathologist to work with children and young adults with special needs. Our speech pathologist will ensure the quality and safe delivery of speech therapy services and assist in the provision of clinic services in accordance with our company philosophy and established standards of ABA, OT, and speech therapy practices.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assessment of referred patients that require services
• Providing direct patient care to assess their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions and potential for rehabilitation.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patients capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician.
• Set realistic and achievable goals for their patients
• Document and record the patients’ condition
• Educate patients and families in an appropriate therapy method.
• Evaluations, weekly progress notes, recertification and discharge documentations.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to provide best patient centered treatment and care.
• Perform all other duties assigned by Director of Rehabilitation
• Compliance with confidentiality, HIPPA and Federal Residents Rights.
• Master's degree Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
• State license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a clinic setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: Highly competitive
