Summary/ Objective
This is a hybrid position of both a Direct Care Worker and an Office Support Employee. This position requires to be ready at all times to go out and fill a case during the scheduled hours. This employee will only go out to a visit only as needed. The essential function of this position first and foremost is to provide care for clients in a safe, secure professional environment which meets their needs. Direct Care Workers help assist with the activities of daily living as well as the overall supervision of the clients’ physical and mental well-being.
When working in the office, the Office Support Staff executes all office functions necessary to support administrative functions including clerical duties, general office organization ensuring a customer-sensitive response to clients, staff, referral sources and others who call and/or visit the office and other duties as assigned. The Office Support Staff will provide effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department. Occasionally the Office Support staff will assist with scheduling unassigned cases, scheduling fill-ins, completing follow up calls regarding the change of a Direct Care Worker and assisting clients with completion of surveys about services that they receive and any additional activities that are needed.
Essential Duties/ Responsibilities
The hours for this position will be Tuesday - Saturday or Thursday – Monday - 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Travel Allowance provided.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibility. This position reports to Direct Care Worker Supervisor and partners with the Customer Service Department.
