Full-time chef needed! Oakwood Friends School, a private boarding and day school in Poughkeepsie is seeking a chef that loves to be creative to prep and cook dinner for approximately 50 people Wednesday-Friday from noon to 7PM and bunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday from 9AM-7PM. Unlike a private restaurant, there are no late evening hours, and no individual plated meals, making for a slower paced, lower stress environment. This job aligns with our academic calendar, so there are breaks where the kitchen is closed. Preferred prep/cooking experience of 3 years, but willing to train. Hourly wage of $18 - $20 DOE.
