The Wellness Coach II is responsible for the implementation and delivery of sexual wellness services.  Specifically, develops and manages the retention of a caseload of Latino men who love men (MLM) and provides sexual health case management support and screening services.  Co-facilitates support groups, workshops, and peer educator training. Actively participates in the promotion of services and community engagement efforts. Ideal candidates possess a bachelor’s degree plus 2 years’ relevant experience or an associate degree in health or social services plus 4 years’ relevant work experience. 

Minimum Salary: $48,000.00 (35 hours per week)
