Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Roofing Foreman to lead our roofing teams across multiple states. In this role, you will manage crews, oversee project sites, ensure quality and safety, and serve as a key point of contact for both your team and clients. If you're a strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience in roofing, construction, or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to both follow and give clear instructions
  • Working knowledge of various roofing systems
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing work demands
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift up to 80 pounds
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel across California, Colorado, Texas, and Nevada

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Coordinate and oversee crews on roofing jobs, ensuring that construction plans are followed, timelines are met, and safety standards are upheld.
  • Team Leadership: Schedule work shifts, assign tasks, and provide training to new crew members. Lead by example and foster a team-oriented environment.
  • Site Oversight: Ensure the property under your charge is well-maintained, with extreme care taken to protect customers’ properties during the roofing process.
  • Blueprint and Plan Consultation: Work with blueprints, designs, and client instructions to develop clear, actionable construction plans.
  • Cost Management: Track all project costs and ensure expenses align with budgetary constraints.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing updates throughout the installation process and collecting final payment upon project completion.
  • Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.

Additional Information

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • This role requires occasional travel to various states including California, Colorado, Texas, and Nevada.
