Salary: $33,000 - $50,000 per year

Responsibilities: 

• Assist clients who come into the office, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries.
• Process payments for policies and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Conduct outbound calls
• Schedule appointments
• Assist with client documentation.
• Mail out marketing mailers to promote our services.
• Perform various office duties as needed to support agency operations.

Requirements:

• No prior insurance license required; willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty license is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
