Floor Manager Salary Range: $60-$80k

Managing Front of house and back of house. Reports to GM.

 

Job Title: Floor Supervisor

Location: Manhattan, NY
Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:
The Floor Manager is responsible for managing the front of the house and the back of the house. This role requires a leader who can manage staff, maintain high standards of service, and create a vibrant atmosphere that aligns with the club’s brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bar and restaurant management, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Bar and Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-end, upscale nightlife venue.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead by example.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of New York City nightlife trends and customer preferences.
  • Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
