Avant Capital, a commercial real estate bridge lending firm is seeking a financial analyst to assist with underwriting and analysis of prospective loan and/or equity investments.

The analyst will support the lending team with asset valuations as well as due diligence;

prepare loan investment summaries; draft term sheets; and investment memoranda, as needed, compose individual investment presentations for loan committee review.

In addition, provide assistance with the asset management functions by maintaining individual loan ledgers, preparation of “payoff letters”, and updates to portfolio loan stratification schedules.
