Positive Reset of Manalapan Mental Health Clinic is actively hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our mental health team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, client-centered therapy, working with individuals, families, and groups to address a variety of mental health challenges. If you are passionate about helping clients achieve emotional well-being and are comfortable with therapeutic techniques tailored to diverse populations, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications:

LCSW Requirements:

• Master's in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Valid and current LCSW license in the state of New Jersey.
• Experience in case management, advocacy, and connecting clients to community resources is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of social systems, family dynamics, and environmental factors affecting mental health.

LPC Requirements:

• Master's in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health, or a related field.
• Valid and current LPC license in the state of New Jersey
• Experience with therapeutic interventions like CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care is preferred.
• Strong skills in individual, group, and family therapy, with a focus on emotional and psychological well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments.

Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
