Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, managing bar inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills and personality and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Manage cash handling procedures, including processing payments accurately.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquets or catering events to ensure seamless service.
• Utilize Clover POS system for order entry and payment processing efficiently.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience is preferred, particularly in nightclub or catering environments.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety standards is essential.
• Strong sales skills to promote drink specials and enhance guest experiences.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Excellent time management abilities to handle busy shifts effectively.

Pay: $15.13 - $25.00 per hour
