Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Telemarketer to join our team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers over the phone to promote our products, services, or special offers. Your primary objective is to generate sales, set appointments, and gather valuable customer insights to help refine our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential and existing customers using a prepared script.
• Engage and build rapport with customers, clearly conveying product benefits and answering any questions.
• Address common customer objections to promote product value and close sales effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and customer responses in our CRM system.
• Follow up with prospective clients and ensure customer satisfaction with their experience.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets, meeting or exceeding performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Resilience and adaptability in handling various customer responses.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to meeting sales targets.
• Experience with CRM software is preferred but not required.
• Previous telemarketing or sales experience is a plus.
