We are seeking a talented and experienced-professional office manager to work full time in our Louisville CO location. A successful candidate is one who has a heart to ensure our customers are put first. This position will be cross trained in various office roles and requires an attitude of exceptional customer service. You will be empowered to provide customers with solutions.

Responsibilities include:
-General office management duties
-Automobile titling duties / DMV Lien filing
-Customer Relationship Management
-Management of part time work force
- Light bookkeeping / payroll processing
-Process improvement

Qualifications:
-Excellent Customer Service skills
-Initiative and ability to multitask
-Problem solver
-Great communication: writing and verbal
-Previous experience in processing automobile titles helpful
-Well developed computer skills
-Good with details and working with numbers
-Team spirit, willingness to help where needed
-Professional appearance and mature conduct
-Stable work history and dependable
-Pass background check / Drug screen
-Current driver license, insurance and clean driving record

Work Schedule and Compensation:
This position is for full time hourly employment. No weekend work. Pay will be based upon experience.

Cell phone reimbursement and 401k matching are available after terms of service.

Hours are Monday - Friday 9 am-5:00 pm.
