Summary

The position of Dairy Field Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining our producer membership in South Eastern Wisconsin & Northern Illinois. In addition, this position may provide support to our operations staff by assisting with assigned office responsibilities. Individual should be a self-starter, highly organized, and detail oriented.

Rolling Hills Dairy Producers Cooperative is a liquid milk marketing cooperative, established in 2006 by 14 dairy farms. Rolling Hills serves 170 member farms and provides high-quality milk to multiple dairy plants.

Responsibilities

Work with dairy producers to identify and resolve quality issues

Carry out industry-required programs

Develop and maintain the cooperative’s membership base

Data entry and review using milk payroll software

Participate in industry-required training

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Agriculture background with a strong knowledge of dairy farming practices 

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word, & PowerPoint

Self-starter with the ability to work independently

Qualifications/Education

Associates level or higher degree with experience in agriculture is preferred.
