Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Sidewalk Shovelers (Driver & Non-Driver positions available). This role is essential for maintaining safe and accessible walkways during winter months. The ideal candidate will be responsible for clearing snow and ice from sidewalks, ensuring that all pathways are safe for pedestrians. This position requires physical stamina and a commitment to quality work. This position has the potential to lead to a full-time position in the Spring for Landscaping/Lawn maintenance.

Duties

• Clear snow and ice from sidewalks using shovels and other hand tools.
• Ensure that all walkways are free of hazards and well-maintained.
• Work independently or collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and safely.

Skills .

• Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation to and from 859 Seasons Rd, Stow, OH 44224.
• Will be on-call 24/7 for all snow or ice storms. Availability from 2AM - 7AM every day is also acceptable.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Experience:

• Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:
