The pay is not only for top tier producers, we can help you make over $400k/yr for less than FOUR sold projects per month.

We are looking for 2-4 agents to bring on to our team.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year in a sales field
• Willingness to learn the formula and process.
• Availability to work Tuesday - Saturday
• Must have a drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus, but not needed.
• Must be a culture fit and align with the core values of the team.

Expectations:

• We will provide all the training and tools necessary for you to perform at the highest level.
• This is a 1099 position
• This position is 100% commission
