Looking for a full-time experienced manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a successful coffee house in Utica, MI - Northern Grind Coffee - Utica. Duties would include scheduling, inventory, employee training, employee management, weekly deposits, and other day-to-day items that are involved in operating a successful business. A manager who sets the tone and makes the employees want to work there and makes the customers feel at home and want to come back.

Compensation: $38,000.00 to $42,000.00 annual salary (based on experience)

Bonus: End of year bonus based on store performance and profitability
Paid Time Off - 5 days per year (after 90 days of employment eligible for 2 days PTO)
40 to 60 hours per week required.
