Job Description:
A Lead Kennel Tech is one who consistently demonstrates reliability, embraces the Golden Wood way, and has a servant’s heart. They have a passion for animal care and serving others, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. Lead Kennel Techs are responsible for executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable to the Golden Wood standard. Their two main areas of focus are pet health and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Taking initiative to support the Assistant Manager 
• Providing exceptional customer service for check-ins/checkouts
• Being intentional with resolving issues or concerns
• Following through with the Golden Wood systems & holding the team accountable

Qualifications:

• Able to LEAD a team of techs each shift
• Take responsibilities of the actions of your teammates 
• Previous experience working with animals preferred
• Strong communication skills in a fast paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
