**About Us**:

We are a small appliance store located in west Dayton.  We are seeking a skilled and experienced Appliance Technician to join our  team. The ideal candidate will have experience repairing, adjusting, and maintaining household appliances of all makes and models.

**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose, repair, maintain specifically , washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves, and dishwashers ensuring efficient and smooth working conditions upon completion.

- Conduct diagnosis/service calls, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime and ensure safe operation of appliances.

- Have good communication skills for customer interaction.

- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly targets.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.

- Record machine performance, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered and communicate these to the supervisor

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience diagnosing and repairing major brands of appliances.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent attention to detail.

**Preferred**:

- Previous 2 or more years of experience in the appliance repair business.

- Technical certification is not necessary or required.
