Northern Heat Volleyball is looking for U13-U14 coaches for our JO season, as well as our 3rd-5th grade Youth Development League.

Practices @ Visitation School

U13: Mondays and Wednesdays 6:00 - 7:30pm

U14: Mondays and Wednesdays 7:30 - 9:00pm

Youth: Fridays 6:00 - 7:30pm

Competitions

U13/14: 5 local playdates, 4 local tournaments, 1 travel tournament 

Youth: 4 local playdates at Midwest Volleyball Warehouse 

HEAD COACH - U13

Responsibilities

• Plan practices
• Communicate with parents (tournament schedules, practice updates, questions / concerns)
• Attend and lead practices 
• Attend playdates / tournaments 
• ​Provide thoughtful coaching during practice and play

Pay and Benefits

• $4,800 paid in 6 monthly installments 
• ​Travel expenses covered for out of town tournament
• 2 practices or 1 tournament sick time covered
• Up to $150 reimbursed for Northern Heat swag
• Up to $50 reimbursed for team bonding / team gifts

ASSISTANT COACH - U13/14

Responsibilities

• Attend practices 
• Attend playdates / tournaments 
• ​Provide thoughtful coaching during practice and play

Pay and Benefits

• $3,000 paid in 6 monthly installments 
• Travel expenses covered for out of town tournament
• 2 practices or 1 tournament sick time covered
• Up to $150 reimbursed for Northern Heat swag

HEAD COACH - Youth Development League

Responsibilities

• Attend practices and execute drills as demonstrated by the program leader  
• Attend playdates 
• ​Provide thoughtful coaching during practice and play

Pay

• $1,400 paid in 4 monthly installments
