Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Positions Available: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; degree in ABA, Psychology, or Special Education preferred
• RBT certification preferred (we offer training)
• Proficient in Microsoft programs and ABA software
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, creative, and driven to succeed

 

Responsibilities:

• Provide ABA therapy in various settings under BCBA supervision
• Implement behavior plans and collect data during sessions
• Work on social, life, and adaptive skills training under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collaborate with families and supervisors

Schedule: Day shifts (Monday to Friday), no weekends

Work Location: In person Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. Travel up to 25%.

Work Environment:

This role is performed in a variety of locations (Clinic, Schools, Homes) and may require travel; as such a driver’s license and insurance will be required. This role requires the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing – including frequent talking, hearing, writing, typing, reading, and significant comprehension. The employee frequently is also required to sit, stand, walk, use hands, and reach with arms/hands. Regular and consistent attendance required.
