We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with athletes teaching soccer skills in the globally proven Coerver Training Method.

*Responsibilities*

- Provide coaching and instruction in soccer

- Administer proven soccer training programs to enhance students' skills and understanding of the game

- Supervise and ensure the safety of students during activities

- Teach proper techniques and strategies in a growth mindset environment

- Manage student behavior effectively

- Organize and lead team practices and games

- Collaborate with other coaches to plan and coordinate events

*Qualifications*

- Experience in soccer with coaching, teaching or related activities a plus

- Passion for soccer and providing a positive influence on young athletes

- Must be able to pass a background check

- Ability to work with children of different ages and skill levels

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in behavior management techniques

- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 10 per week
