Our Direct Support Professionals will have responsibilities pertaining to the people we serve; this list of responsibilities includes but is not limited to.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Effectively use a smartphone and apps that we use to aid in the work we do
• Teach and/or assist in daily tasks in the person’s home:
• General Cleaning – Light Housekeeping
• Meal Prep: Purchasing and prepping groceries
• Bathing and Dressing
• Budgeting
• Appointment Tracking and Time management
• Accompany the People we Serve to their Events and Appointments
• Support the individuals’ choices and interests
• Personal Schedule Management as well as working with the People we serve and their Representatives.
• Effective Communication with Management Team as well as Care Team
• Participate in the creation and implementation of Care/Support Plans
• Ensure that documents are current and compliant with current State and Federal Laws

Qualifications and Education Requirements **Will Provide Training if needed

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License and Insurance
• Clear Background Check & Fingerprinting
• First Aid, CPR Certifications **
• AED Certificate or Training **

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
