Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome every member and guest with enthusiasm and personalized attention.
• Introduce ISI Elite Training to new clients and guide them through our offerings.
• Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and assisting members.
• Conduct facility tours and support new members through their initial sessions.
• Drive membership sales and help our facility grow.
• Follow up with prospective clients and address member concerns professionally.
• Participate in marketing and outreach initiatives.
• Ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and inviting.

Qualifications:

• Passion for fitness and a desire to impact lives positively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
