Qualifications

• A minimum of one year barista experience is preferable

• Proven working experience as a barista *Provide References from most recent barista position *High integrity with a great attendance record *Strong attention to detail *Ability to listen and communicate effectively *Ability to run a POS (Clover) and accurately count money

Job description

North Slope Coffee is looking for an experienced barista to join our team. We are located at 618 N. 1 St. in the Stadium District of Tacoma, at the entrance of Stadium Thriftway. We are looking for someone with solid barista experience with availability to fill in any shift both weekends and weekdays, but specifically Mondays, Wednesdays and Sunday closing shifts (1-7:30ish). Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, hardworking, teachable, honorable and available. One year barista experience is preferable.
