We are seeking a skilled and experienced Training and Development Leader to oversee our
organization's learning initiatives. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and
managing comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Job Title: Training and Development Leader
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Delivery:
- Facilitate engaging, interactive instructor-led training sessions
- Create a positive learning environment with clear expectations
- Monitor participant progress and provide one-on-one coaching as needed
2. Curriculum Development:
- Collaborate with the PE Director and Office Manager to create and revise course content
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
3. Needs Assessment and Program Improvement:
- Work with department leaders to identify learning gaps and priorities
- Analyze program evaluation results and recommend improvements
- Keep training programs up-to-date and relevant
4. Leadership and Board Engagement:
• Build relationships with program directors and board members
• Provide regular updates on training initiatives and new hire performance
• Collaborate with various departments on communications and compliance
5. General Duties:
- Perform other training-related tasks as assigned
