We are an award-winning, 5-star custom garment and design shop based in Nampa, Idaho. We are enjoying year-over-year growth and are looking for a potential partner to join our team! The right candidate must be qualified (though we are willing to train as an internship), self-organized and motivated.

Our company specializes in digital printing, screen printing, embroidery, DTG and other customization applications. We are already profitable after closing out our 2nd year of business, and have a strong growth plan in place.

The right candidate must be willing to learn, grow and evolve with the company. Initial requirements (whether coming on as an intern or a partner) will be in the Production Room, helping to fulfill orders and maintain organization in the work space. Simultaneously, the partner will be expected to engage in high level discussions and planning, in order to build and refine best practices for each stage of company development.

After a vesting period, the partner will be eligible to receive 20% equity in the company (this is equal to other partners, and amounts to a full partnership). For interns, this vesting period begins once the intern is fully qualified. 

During the vesting period, the prospective partner will still receive 20% profit sharing every two weeks, as long as they are equitably sharing the workload of the partners. Aside from that consideration, financial compensation will depend on profitability of the company, and is distributed bi-weekly.
