IHC Support Services is seeking to fill a part-time position for a child in the Siren, WI area. This position will need a commitment of working 3 days a week from 7am - 4pm.

Job Duties will include but not limited to:

• Transfer in and out of bed using a Hoyer lift.
• Dressing child
• Changing client when needed
• Giving meals via gastric tube
• Entertainment
• Monitoring for health changes and notifying parent immediately.
• Temperature checks

The candidate must:

• Have a minimum of 4 years working with special needs children/adults.
• Know how to use a Hoyer lift and stand lift.
• Be able to move 70+ lbs. in a bed and a wheelchair.
• Be creative.
• Have compassion.
• Great communication skills.
• Be flexible.
• Reliable transportation
