We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sushi Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The
ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of proven experience in preparing high-quality sushi dishes
in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and present sushi and sashimi dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards.
- Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the sushi preparation area.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef, with 2-3 years in a similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of sushi techniques and Japanese cuisine.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Certification from a culinary school or apprenticeship preferred.
