Job Overview

We are seeking a Barista/Cashier to join our team at Elixir Wellness Cafe. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating delicious food and beverage items in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage items including: smoothies, acai bowls avocado toast and coffee
• Operate Point of Sale systems with proficiency, handling transactions accurately
• Assist in food preparation and handling to support the café's offerings
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and serving customers promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area

Requirements

• Previous experience in a café or similar setting is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt
