Assistant Coordinator For Jewish Community & Family Programming
Hours: 15-20 hours per week (including mandatory Sundays, 5-6 hours)
Responsibilities:
- Attend weekly meetings to discuss timelines and tasks
- Assist with setting up and tearing down equipment/materials for our educational organization’s ongoing programs and events
- Shopping in store and on-line for program items
- Aid in planning programs and events
- Perform various office tasks as assigned
- Manage the Member Birthday Club
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in basic computer skills , gmail , google drive
Experience:
Minimum 1 Year Office Experience and Be Comfortable in Office Setting
1-2 Years Creating and Implementing Children and Family Programs (example: worked 2 years in day camp, overnight camp, youth center or religious sunday school
