Key Responsibilities:

• Sales: Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate furniture pieces to meet those needs.
• Advertising: Assist in creating and implementing advertising strategies to promote our products and store, including posting advertisements on Facebook and other social medias
• Customer Handling: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering their questions, and helping them find what they are looking for.
• Vendor Relations: Identify and establish relationships with new vendors and seek out new business opportunities to enhance our product offerings.
• Store Maintenance: Perform general maintenance duties to keep the store clean, organized, and presentable.
• Order Processing: Manage customer orders efficiently, ensuring accurate order processing and arranging for timely delivery.
• Product Knowledge: Explain furniture features, benefits, and care instructions to customers, ensuring they are well-informed about their purchases.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for order processing and advertising tasks.
• Passion for furniture and home decor.
