Job Description:
 

• Daily CNC programming and CNC operations
• Implement new processes / Problem solving
• Creating blue prints / create 3-D models from prints
• Train and mentor new machine operators
• Embrace a leadership role in improving work flow (reducing cycle times, down time and scrap).

Desired Skills & Experience:

• 3-5 years experience programming
• CNC Programming for 3-4 axis mills / 5 axis a plus
• CAD/CAM Programming Gibbs Cam/Esprit
• 3D modeling Pro-E/Creo
• Creating 3D surfaces from CMM (points cloud) to tool paths
• 3D milling
• CMM knowledge
• Microsoft Excel

Hours are Monday through Friday 7am to 3:30pm

Salary is negotiable and will be dependent on experience.
