We are looking for an experienced restaurant supervisor/manager for our kiosk at Argenta Hall.
Job duties will include
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards
- Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue goals and control expenses
- Train and supervise staff on proper food handling procedures, customer service, and safety protocols
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a related role
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with kitchen management and food service operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed. Most holidays and Sundays we are closed.
